Communication will be the big factor for a successful business relationship between the clients and Doctors Clinic Houston.

The patient processing and charting system for injuries treated at Doctors clinic Houston are specific for occupational medicine.

Each Function within our system is designed to:

• Provide quality and time efficient care.
• Provide objective treatment.
• Document accurately.
• Minimize time off from work.
• Minimize cost.
• Improve communication between injured worker, employer, and doctor.

On each injury, our physicians will:

• Call to discuss the injury evaluation, results, and treatment plan.
• Request pre-authorization for services as needed.
• Request a written job description from the employer.
• Provide written reports on work status.
• Always communicate with the employer.

On each drug or alcohol screen, and physical, our clinic will provide you with:

• Original drug or alcohol screen results.
• Original consent forms.
• Copy of DOT physical and medical examiner's certificate (original goes to patient).
• Employer's copy of the chain of custody.
• Photo ID of employee.

Results are reported verbally or via fax on the SAME DAY or NON-DOT and NEXT DAY for DOT drug screens.
